Class Policies
All classes and clubs require a minimum of 3 students. This minimum must be met
a week prior to the class date for the class to proceed. Payment is expected
in advance, to assure your place in class and your commitment to the instructor.
If you find it difficult to stop in and pay, we now offer online payment
via
credit card!
A supply list for each class is provided and you are responsible for making sure
that you have each item required for the class. We carry some of the supplies
needed for classes. These will be noted on your supply list. To encourage you
to purchase these supplies from us, we will give you 10% off these items (excluding
patterns or kits) once you have paid for the class.
Cancellation & Refund Policies
We make every effort to have the classes we schedule and we ask that you make
the same effort to come to the class you have registered for. If a class has
insufficient numbers or something unexpected arises, we will give you notice
of cancellation a week (5-7 days) in advance. However; if a teacher is ill or
has an emergency that causes the class to cancel, we will call you immediately
and attempt to reschedule the class. We will gladly refund your class fee or
credit your fee towards another class if a class does not reach the minimum number
of students required.
If you are unable to attend a class, please give us a call. Our teachers are
compensated according to the number of students we have registered 7 days prior
to a class. We will only issue a refund or credit if we receive cancellation
notice from you at least 8 days prior to class. The teacher will be happy to
provide you with the class information.
